Bethanny Frankel’s Skinny Girl Daily Cleanse Smoothie
Recipe: Serves 1
One skinnygirl daily on-the-go cleanse packet
1/2 frozen berries (or your favorite fruit)
*1/2 banana fresh or frozen
1 cup ice
1 cup unsweetened apple juice
Preparation
Blend all of the ingredients together adding and reducing to meet your needs. Enjoy!
*peel and freeze browning bananas to avoid waste. They’re great to store and use for smoothies.
I like this chart. I think it’s human nature to focus on the bad things, it’s how we fix things, but it can also cause us to overanalyze, feel like we failed (when we didn’t) and feel hopeless (when we shouldn’t).
This chart provides a little perspective. Don’t let the bad drown out the good - for weight loss or anything else.
